The accused Adnan Aličić, born in 1979, from Ključ, fully admitted his guilt in the presence of his lawyer, for the criminal offences with which he is charged under the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

GRAVE WITH MORTAL REMAINS OF SEVERAL PERSONS FOUND ON MOUNT IGMAN

06.06.2019. 11:01 As part of the case dealt with by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a joint search for the location of a mass grave was initiated, involving the Department for Civil Protection of FBiH, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and investigators of the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (INO BiH), and human remains were found, which are presumed to belong to the victims from Donji Hadžići.

31.05.2019. 12:17 The accused Shirwan Naseh Ismail, born in 1969 in Sarbier in Irak, a citizen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Irak, who is currently in custody, has signed a Plea Agreement in the presence of his attorney, admitting his guilt for the commission of the criminal offence of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in conjunction with Article 26 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
