Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Ivan Vranjković, born in 1980 in Široki Brijeg, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.

The accused Haris Helač (1978) is charged, as the owner of a taxi association, with organizing vehicles and drivers for smuggling illegal migrants who did not meet the conditions for a legal stay and movement in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF VICTIMS FROM PAST WAR COMPLETED IN NOVO GORAŽDE MUNICIPALITY

The exhumation process has been completed at the Jabučko Sedlo site in the Novo Goražde municipality, and the mortal remains of at least three human skeletons have been found.

A total of seven (7) accused persons are charged with international smuggling of about 6.8 tons of the marijuana "skunk" narcotic drug, from the territory of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and further to EU countries. The unlawful material gain thus acquired is estimated at minimum 2 million euros. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIME OF AIDING AND ABETTING GENOCIDE

The accused Zoran Malinić (1961) is charged with having committed the criminal offence of Aiding and Abetting Genocide committed in Srebrenica, in 1995, as a Commander of the Military Police Battalion of the 65th Motorized Protection Regiment of the Republika Srpska Army Main Staff.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING OF GOODS WITH VALUE OF AROUND 135 000 BAM

The accused Mića Cvetojević (1968) is charged with the smuggling of goods of a greater value in a cargo motor vehicle he was driving when entering Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The suspect Ivan Đurić (1971) is charged with crimes committed against victims of Bosniak, Croatian and Albanian ethnicity, unlawfully detained in the Luka camp in Brčko, in 1992, including crimes committed together with the indictees prosecuted by the ICTY.
