REPRESENTATIVES OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE PARTICIPATED IN THE MARKING OF THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INSTITUTE FOR MISSING PERSONS (IMP) BIH
03.09.2025. 14:49The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, as representative of the partner institution in the process of search for the missing persons, attended the event of marking 20 years of work of the Institute for Missing Persons of BiH.
A Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes, Sanja Jukić, highlighted, in her speech, the activities and efforts that are being carried out in the process of search for, exhuming and identifying missing persons.
In her speech she asked for the support and trust of the families of missing persons in this process.
Representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH carry out orders and lead exhumation processes together with representatives of partner institutions involved in the search for missing persons in all parts of BiH. In the past few years, an average of about 100 exhumations were carried out per year.
