08.08.2025. 09:12Acting on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, members of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs deprived one
person of his liberty, a former employee of the Prosecutor’s Office of
Bosnia and Herzegovina whose employment was terminated after the
disciplinary procedure, because of the existence of grounds for
suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Imperilling security
under Article 150 of the RS Criminal Code and because of threats
addressed to the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić.
After the person has been handed over to the prosecutor and examined in that capacity, the prosecutor in charge will take further measures in accordance with the law.
