FIRST JUDGMENT DELIVERED AFTER TRIAL IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE DERIVED FROM SKY ECC AND ANOM APPLICATIONS

After the filing
of an indictment and the conducted main trial in the Court of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, the first judgment was delivered in the cases with evidence from
the SKY and Anom applications.
The accused Radovan Damjanović*, born in Sarajevo in 1987, was sentenced in the first instance to a prison term of two and a half years for the criminal offences of organised crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offence of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
In the conducted proceedings, the Court admitted the collected evidence from SKY and Anom applications as valid, legal and credible.
