CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF SWEDEN TO BIH
15.12.2022. 14:51The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Johanna Strömquist.
The cooperation and partner activities of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina, related to support in strengthening capacities for the rule of law were discussed at the meeting.
The Kingdom of Sweden is an important partner of the judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in several segments of support including capacity building, technical resources and expert training for the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Chief Prosecutor Kajganić informed Ambassador Strömquist about the current activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as plans to strengthen the capacities to ensure the rule of law in the future. At the meeting, it was agreed that the cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden would actively continue in the future.*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
