CUSTODY MOTION FOR A SUSPECT FOR ORGANISED CRIME AND ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS
12.11.2021. 12:01A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will, within a period provided for by law, send a motion for ordering custody for the suspect who is under investigation in connection with the seizure of large quantities of cigarettes in the value of about BAM 1.3 million.
These cigarettes were discovered in the vicinity of Tomislavgrad, in a trailer - oil tanker, on 19 July this year.
The suspect will be handed over to the prosecutor working on the case, who will interview the suspect and then send a motion to the Court of BiH to order custody.
