The Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is acting in the case related to the death of Dženan Memić, has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking the extension of the measure of custody to be ordered to the suspect Josip Barić (1963).

The suspect Barić is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and he is suspected of obstructing the investigation into the death of Dženan Memić, which occurred in Ilidža, in February 2016.

The suspect was then acting in the capacity of a police officer, when he was determining the circumstances of the victim’s death.
