CASE AGAINST CITIZENS OF SLOVENIA AND BIH (ROK SNEŽIĆ AND OTHERS), ON WHICH CERTAIN WEB PORTALS REPORTED, TRANSFERRED TO PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BRČKO DISTRICT OF BIH ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO
05.01.2021. 12:27In order to provide accurate information and protect the integrity of the institution, we inform the public that the said case was transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Brčko District of BiH, which is independent in its work, on 30 January 2020, namely almost a year ago.
By producing malicious wording and untruths, attempts have been made to cause damage to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH also informs the public that due to the recent publication of certain classified documents in this case, it formed a case by the end of the previous year, in which checks will be carried out.
