MEETING OF THE ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR GORDANA TADIĆ WITH THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY FOR FORENSIC AND EXPERT EXAMINATIONS, NEĐO KOJIĆ
22.03.2018. 15:19The central topic of the meeting was cooperation between the two institutions in the process of drafting and using professional forensic investigations and expert findings in criminal proceedings conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH- Gordana Tadić and her associates met with Neđo Kojić, Director of the Agency for Forensic and Expert Examinations, within the Ministry of Security of BiH.
Current cooperation of the two institutions in the segment of the use of expert findings that the Agency can provide in the investigations and criminal proceedings conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and its improvement in the future were discussed at the meeting.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH undertakes, within the framework of the cases and investigations it carries out, and in cooperation with the agency a large number of expert examinations in various fields and specialties.
