THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH ISSUED AN INDICTMENT AGAINST TOPALOVIĆ EMIL (1984)
19.01.2012. 15:26- Topalović Emil, born on May 2, 1984 in Gradec - Republic of Slovenia, with residence in Bosanska Dubica - Kozarska Dubica, staying in the Republic of Slovenia, BiH citizen.
As alleged in the indictment, on December 15, 2011 at around 18:55 hrs the accused avoided customs control and carried 145 pyrotechnic items produced by " Big Bam,"," Magnum 2"and "Pirat", without the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, across the border crossing Gradina on entry to Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Republic of Croatia in a bag in his motor vehicle with Slovenian registration plates.
The accused was detected and prevented in his actions by the authorized officials of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In this manner, by way of avoiding measures of customs control, the accused carried goods whose import requires special approval over the customs line without the appropriate approval and by doing se committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
