10.09.2013. 15:03 Pursuant to the Order of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, a joint police action, ‘Doker’, was conducted involving several dozen of BiH Border Police and SIPA officers in the field, as ordered by the Prosecutor.

06.09.2013. 15:29 During the exhumation carried out on request of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH at the location of Tomašica, near Prijedor a mass grave site containing a large number of mortal remains was discovered.

06.09.2013. 15:16 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued indictment against Marijan Perković - born on September 23, 1976 in Livno, residing in Sarajevo, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ILHAN ZAGIĆ (1983)

06.09.2013. 15:13 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ilhan Zagić charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

04.09.2013. 15:20 Acting on orders of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, SIPA officers arrested the suspect Nikola Marić aka "Nidža " - born on January 28, 1958 year in Borovica a place located in Prozor municipality - who is under investigation for Crimes against Humanity.

EXHUMATION OF THE PAST WAR VICTIMS IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN PRIJEDOR MUNICIPALITY
