The Agreement enables fast communication when checking data on tax obligations, transactions through fiscal devices, data from the register of business entities, records of real estate transactions and other data necessary in the prosecution of criminal offenses in the field of financial and economic crime.

This agreement is particularly important when conducting financial investigations in cases of economic and financial crime, as well as recording and blocking property suspected of being acquired illegally and arising from the commission of criminal offenses.

The meeting parties agreed on intensive cooperation between the two institutions in the coming period in the fight against crimes that use modern computer and information technologies.
