PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH SEARCHES ARE CARRIED OUT IN LUXEMBOURG
08.12.2021. 10:04 Acting upon a request for mutual legal assistance of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, partner institutions of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, are searching facilities used by a person under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH for the criminal offense of Provoking ethnic, racial and religious hatred, conflicts and intolerance under Article 145a. BiH Criminal Code.
Reports of certain journalist associations in BiH were received against the said suspect in the past period as well.The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH would like to express its gratitude to the partner institutions of Luxembourg and the EU for their assistance and support in this criminal case.
