MEDIA INFORMATION
04.12.2020. 15:12Dear All,
Regarding several media inquiries, we would like to inform you that the Prosecutor’s Office
of Bosnia and Herzegovina formed a case after receiving information that unknown
perpetrators had broken into an apartment in Sarajevo used by Monika Mijić, a member of
the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), and that they had stolen, among other things,
case files that could be related to current events at the HJPC.
In order to verify the aforementioned information, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and
Herzegovina will conduct the necessary investigative actions, in cooperation with the
competent police agencies and other state authorities.
*Note on the principle of presumption of innocence
