UNTRUE ALLEGATIONS ON COLLECTION OF CLAIMS OF CHIEF PROSECUTOR GORDANA TADIĆ

The allegations presented in some media and portals about alleged illegalities in the collection of claims for the costs of accommodation of the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić are not true.
The allegations and constructions are a transparent attempt of revenge for several cases of systemic crime and corruption, which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has initiated and prosecuted recently.
The Chief Prosecutor will file a lawsuit for libel against the author of the disputed article, as well as the media that conveyed the said content, if it is not removed after the publication of the denial.
