APPEAL FILED AGAINST DECISION ON CUSTODY MOTION IN NOVALIĆ ET AL. CASE
03.06.2020. 15:04The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH bases its appeal against the disputed decision on the violation of the principle of equality of citizens before the law, as well as on the consistent claim that the prohibitive measures imposed cannot ensure the conducting of an efficient and unhindered investigation.
In the interest of carrying out investigation in an efficient and timely manner, the Prosecutorial Team of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed the appeal even before the expiry of the legal deadline of 72 hours.
