ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR GORDANA TADIĆ MET WITH THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF ICTY AND MICT SERGE BAMMERTZ IN THE HAGUE
21.12.2017. 12:30At the meeting, the Acting Chief Prosecutor - Gordana Tadić and Chief Prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICTY and MICT - Serge Brammertz, discussed the continuation of the cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Office of the Prosecutor of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, which will take over all the powers and competencies that the ICTY Office of the Prosecutor had.
Following the meeting, the Acting Chief Prosecutor will attend the ICTY closing ceremony which will be held in the premises of the Parliament of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
