- Janković Dušan, born 8 March 1950 in Prijedor, and
- Stojnić Željko, born on 10 October 1971 in Prijedor.
According to the Indictment, on 21 August 1992, as members of the Prijedor Public Security Station and Police Intervention Platoon, the accused committed the criminal offence when the accused Dušan Janković ordered and organized, and the other accused participated and aided in the escort of the convoy of minimum 16 buses, trucks and trailer trucks with over 1,200 predominantly Bosniak but also Croat civilians from the Prijedor municipality.
While the convoy was moving toward the Travnik municipality across the territories of the municipalities of Prijedor, Banja Luka, Kneževo/Skender Vakuf and Travnik, where the civilians were to be transported, following the prior plan which everyone was aware of and for the purpose of carrying out that plan, on several occasions they dispossessed the Bosniak and Croat civilians on the convoy of their money, gold and other valuables under the threat that they would kill them.
The Indictment alleges that the accused Janković Dušan accompanied by several other police members proceeded to Smetovi, while the accused Ivanković Damir, Babić Zoran, Četić Ljubiša, Đurić Gordan, Radaković Milorad, Škrbić Milorad, Stojnić Željko and other members of the Police Intervention Platoon and Police from Prijedor, including Mrđa Darko, when the convoy stopped near the Ugar River on the Vlašić Mountain, intentionally and knowingly selected for killing over 200 able-bodied men from among other civilians in the convoy.
According to the Indictment, they ordered the men out of the buses, trucks and trailer trucks and separated over 200 men and then forced them into two buses and drove them to the location known as Korićanske Stijene on the Vlašić Mountain, where they ordered the men from one bus to get out and then escorted them to the verge of the abyss, ordering them to kneel down on the very verge of the abyss.
Then they opened fire from the automatic guns at the lined-up men and Đurić Gordan was ordered to move from that place toward Travnik, to keep watch. Đurić Goran did so and they continued shooting from close range from the automatic guns at them whereupon the bodies of killed persons fell into the abyss, while some men from the line threw themselves into the abyss to avoid the death.
The Indictment alleges that subsequently they collected men from the other bus in smaller groups, two or three of them, and took them to the same place or to a place nearby where they shot them from the close range from pistols and then from the automatic guns and thereafter they threw hand grenades from the top of the precipice and shot at the bodies of the killed and wounded persons who moaned down from the abyss, killing over 200 men.
