Upon the order by a prosecutor from the Regional Team II of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, officers of the State Protection and Investigation Agency (SIPA) apprehended the following persons in the area of the municipality of Prijedor:

- MILORAD ŠKRBIĆ, son of Drago, born on 11 July 1960 in V. Palančište, Prijedor municipality,

- MILORAD RADAKOVIĆ a.k.a. Srbo, son of Stojan, born on 10 August 1962 in Podvidača, Sanski Most municipality,

- GORDAN ĐURIĆ, son of Nikola, born on 15 May 1968 in Ljubija, Prijedor municipality, and

- LJUBIŠA ČETIĆ, son of Mićo, born on 07 April 1969 in Ilidža.

These persons were deprived of freedom for grounded suspicion that on 21 August 1992, in the area of Vlašić mountain, on the site known as Korićanske Stijene, together with other members of the police Intervention Platoon and the police officers of SJB Prijedor, committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the arrests, following the Order by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and SIPA police officers engaged in the search of the dwellings (5 houses and/or apartments) either owned by or in the possession of or used by the suspects.

It is expected that in the course of the day the suspects would be handed over to the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH on the case, who will question the suspects and decide whether to move for custody of the suspects.

On 21 August 1992, on the site of Korićanske Stijene, shot were over 200 persons, removed from the buses transporting the population of Bosniak and Croat ethnicity from Prijedor and the camps in the territory of the municipality of Prijedor towards Travnik, escorted by the police officers of SJB Prijedor, the Intervention Platoon and the Army of Republika Srpska.
