INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS, MILITARY EQUIPMENT AND DUAL USE PRODUCTS

The accused is charged to have on March 13, 2012 in Banja Luka, as agreed with a person against whom criminal proceedings are initiated in the Republic of Croatia, handed over an automatic rifle "Scorpion", three boxes with a total of 150 bullets - 9 mm , two boxes with a total of 50 bullets - 7.65 mm, three magazines and a magazine pouch for the automatic rifle "Scorpion" to the aforementioned person for the purpose of its further sale for a price of 800 Euros to a customer in Croatia without a license required by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina i.e. contrary to Article 5 of the Law on Import and Export of Arms and Military Equipment and Control of Export and Import of Dual Use Products ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 5/03, 33/03 and 14/05).
The accused V.M. is charged with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use under Article 193, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
