SEARCHES IN THE AREA OF UNA-SANA CANTON ONGOING
24.10.2013. 17:06We hereby note that persons whose objects are being searched do not have a status of suspects because an Order to Conduct Investigation against individual suspects has not been issued yet in the aforementioned case.
These persons might have in their possession materials and evidence necessary for the investigation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is working on a case that pertains to war crimes committed against Serb victims in the territory of Bosanska Krupa during the years of 1995 and 1996, and those were war crimes against civilians and war crimes against prisoners of war.
The investigation is in its early phase, and documents that might be used as evidence in this investigation is expected to be found and confiscated during the today’s searches.
The investigation in this case continues.
