INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADOVAN BAJOVIĆ (1971)
28.03.2013. 15:29Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Radovan Bajović, born on December 5, 1971 in Bileća where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As alleged in the indictment, Radovan BAJOVIĆ has, on September 3, 2009 around 9:00 p.m., avoided customs controls while driving a truck from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the forest track, and transporting 750 boxes of "Ronhill Lights“ cigarettes and 650 boxes of "Super Ronhill Lights" cigarettes i.e. a total of 28 packages worth 35.000.00 BAM across the customs line. The authorized officers BP Unit Trebinje detected the smuggled cigarettes while he was reloading the packages into another vehicle.
In this manner the accused has avoided measures of customs control while carrying goods of larger value across the customs line and by doing so committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
