INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BOBAN IKONIĆ (1982)(21.05.2012. 15:41)
The indictment charges Boban IKONIĆ of having made unauthorized copies of several copyrighted works - books and textbooks by various authors, without the consent of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give permission, aware that those were illegally multiplied copies, which is contrary to Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 63/10), thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH, no.63/10).
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
