The accused are charged to have, on December 26, 2011 after the accused ALAGIĆ acquired two (2) counterfeit banknotes in denominations of 50,00KM (BAM), in a manner known to him, driven together in a motor vehicle from Sanski to Mrkonjić Grad where they put one of the aforementioned banknotes into circulation as genuine, by way of Denis Alagić paying for the goods they selected together in a bookstore with one of the counterfeit banknotes.
As alleged in the indictment, the accused Aldin ZEC has attempted to put the other banknote, well aware that it was a counterfeit, into circulation on the same day by paying for the merchandize in the butcher shop.
