BY ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AN OPERATION TARGETING SEVERAL PERSONS SUSPECTED OF INTERNATIONAL DRUG TRAFFICKING CARRIED OUT
27.09.2022. 14:59Acting on the order of the prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, SIPA police officers, with the support of the Una Sana Canton MoI, conducted an operation codenamed Alea, aimed at combating organized crime in conjunction with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.
During the course of operation codenamed Alea searches were carried out at several locations in the area of Una Sana Canton and five suspects were deprived of liberty.
The suspects are under investigation and are charged with carrying out transfer and intermediation in the sale of the narcotic drug Cocaine for a long period.Following the questioning of the suspects, the assigned prosecutor will make a decision on the motions for custody or prohibiting measures, as well as further investigative activities in this case.
