THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH INFORMED ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF WORKS ON THE RELOCATION OF THE CHURCH IN KONJEVIĆ POLJE

The prosecutor working on the case of non-execution of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, after requesting information from the RS Government and the competent ministry on the activities undertaken, received information on the start of works on Saturday, 5 June.

THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH INFORMED ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF WORKS ON THE RELOCATION OF THE CHURCH IN KONJEVIĆ POLJE

After the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH opened a case for non-execution of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg regarding the relocation of the church in Konjević Polje, the case’s prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH requested information from the competent institutions on the activities undertaken, given the deadline for the execution of the judgment.

The case’s prosecutor was informed that the beginning of the works was scheduled for Saturday, 5 June, and that the facility would be removed in the coming days, as ordered by the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
