MOTION FOR ORDER OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FILED FOR DRAGAN GLOGOVAC (1959)

A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for order of prohibiting measures for Glogovac Dragan - born on July 3, 1959 in Bijeljina, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - who is suspected of war crimes against civilians and war crimes against prisoners of war under the Criminal Code of BiH.

MOTION FOR ORDER OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FILED FOR DRAGAN GLOGOVAC (1959)

The aforementioned suspect was arrested, pursuant to order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, by the authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency in the morning of August 20, 2014 and subsequently handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH within the legal time frame.

Glogovac Dragan is under investigation and is suspected to have, as a member of the RS Army, undertaken actions of inhumane treatment and torture of ethnic Bosniak and Croat prisoners, incarcerated in the detention facility "Franjo Herljević" in Kamenica -  Zavidovići municipality, together with other soldiers.

Following the questioning of the suspect, the Assigned Prosecutor filed a motion to the Court of BiH for order of prohibiting measures relating to the ban on leaving the place of residence, ban on contact with suspects and witnesses, as well as mandatory daily reporting to competent police authorities in Bijeljina.

The motion for order of prohibiting measures has been submitted to the Court of BiH.
