MILANKO KAJGANIĆ - ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA - BIOGRAPHY
(Appointed Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina by a decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 6 March 2014; the decision was published in the “Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina” No. 23/14 of 25 March 2014;
He was appointed Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 16 October 2019; the Decision was published in the “Official Gazette of BiH” no. 79/19 of 3 December 2019; High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH has, at its session on 20 October appointed the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, as the Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina; the decision was published in the “Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina” No. 75/22 of 11 November 2022)
