MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR SIX SUSPECTS APPREHENDED WITHIN THE OPERATION CODENAMED "OSOJE"

23.09.2013. 15:08 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of six persons who were arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA officers in yesterday's operation codenamed "Osoje".

EXHUMATION OF VICTIMS KILLED DURING THE PAST WAR IN VIŠEGRAD IS IN PROGRESS

MAJOR OPERATION CODENAMED "OSOJE" TAKING PLACE IN MANY BIH TOWNS

19.09.2013. 15:24 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, a major operation codenamed "Osoje" is taking place in many towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Mostar, Posušje Široki Brijeg, Čapljina, Čitluk, Sarajevo and Tuzla.

INDICTMENT AGAINST ISSUED AGAINST SERGIO COSTA (1965)

19.09.2013. 15:20 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Sergio Costa, born on October 28, 1965 in Busalla Genova - Italy, an Italian national, charging him with the criminal offense of Giving Gifts and Other Form of  Benefits under Article 218 Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SIX PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

18.09.2013. 15:25 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against six persons charging the with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

STANKO JANJUZ (1953) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

17.09.2013. 15:03 Stanko JANJUZ - born on June 17, 1953 in Bosanska/Kozarska Dubica municipality where he resides, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense under Article 214, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 of the CC BiH -  entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

EXHUMATION COMPLETED AT ZLATIŠTE IN SARAJEVO

16.09.2013. 14:59 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Zlatište in Istočni Stari Grad Municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The remains of one person were unearthed at this location.

13.09.2013. 14:58 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of two persons with the Court of BiH and a motion for imposure of prohibiting measures for six persons suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under  Article 214 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION AT THE LOCATION OF TOMAŠICA, NEAR PRIJEDOR CONTINUES. PRECISE DIMENSION OF THE MASS GRAVE SITE IS BEING DETERMINED PRIOR TO EXHUMATION OF INDIVIDUAL MORTAL REMAINS

11.09.2013. 15:10 Intensive efforts are being invested in the field aiming to determine the precise size of the mass grave but it safe to assume that it is a mass grave of large dimensions with at least 10 m in length.
