PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH CONDUCTED A DECISIVE ACTION IN FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION. THREE SUSPECTS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

26.02.2015. 11:57 Upon the order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) have deprived the following persons of liberty: -         Ramo Brkić, the accused person against whom court proceedings are being conducted before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina,  -         Senad Šabić, the accused person against whom court proceedings are being conducted before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and  -         Azra Miletić, a Judge of the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

12.02.2015. 15:16 Upon the order of a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, several dozen police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and police agencies supporting the operation, in cooperation with the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, have been conducting searches in the field and bringing in persons since early morning, all of which is directed against several physical and legal persons who are the targets of these activities.

05.02.2015. 12:53 The Chief Prosecutor informed Bishop Komarica about the efforts and activities undertaken by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of shedding light on war crimes of killings of priests of the Banja Luka Diocese, namely Ivan Grgić from Ravska, Ratko Grgić and Tomislav Matanović from Prijedor, who were killed in 1992 and 1995, respectively.

03.02.2015. 15:40 Mr. Goran Salihović, Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the institution of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina were awarded with a Coat of Arms of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Miro Džakula.
