MEETING OF HEADS OF JUDICIAL INSTITUTIONS AT THE LEVEL OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
26.03.2026. 14:40The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, participated in a meeting related to cooperation between judicial institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was held on 26 March at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting was attended by the Acting President of the Court of BiH, Judge Minka Kreho, Minister of Justice Davor Bunoza and associates from the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
The meeting was initiated with the aim of ensuring efficient implementation of decisions regarding an independent, responsible and efficient judiciary at the level of BiH and certain legal solutions related to strengthening the rule of law and more efficient work of judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The importance of applying the highest professional standards was also emphasized, all with the aim of improving the rule of law.
