CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST THREE PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN POLICE ACTION CODENAMED ‘TRACE’

The measure of custody has been proposed in relation to the aforementioned suspects for reasons as stipulated in Article 132, paragraph 1, item c, of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely, due to the reasonable fear that these suspects, if at large, might repeat the criminal offence.

The suspects, who had been deprived of liberty in a police action codenamed ‘Trace’ /’Trag’/ are suspected to have committed the criminal offences of Organized Crime, referred to in Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, referred to in Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina resumes its intensive work on the case.

The proposal for custody has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
