TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH two persons suspected of committing Crimes against Humanity in 1992 in Srebrenica were deprived of liberty. Police Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency carried out the arrests by order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

By order of the Prosecutor of Regional Team No.6 of the  Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH the suspects V. D. (1967) and M. M. (1970) were deprived of liberty.

The aforementioned suspects are under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and are suspected of committing the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraph a) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The suspects shall be handed over, within the legal deadline, to the Assigned Prosecutor who shall question them and then decide on a motion for order of prohibiting measures/remand in custody.
