At the site of Glavica-Crniče, Bugojno area, an exhumation is resumed under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
In the course of exhumation, several mortal remains of human origin were found.
The found mortal remains will be transported to the Public Utility Company of ‘City Cemeteries’ in Visoko for further activities related to the establishment of the DNA profile and identification.
The exhumation process is being supervised and coordinated by a Legal Officer from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, whereas officers of the BiH Institute for Missing Persons, an expert forensic pathologist, crime technicians and Inspectors of the Ministry of the Interior of the Central Bosnia Canton are participating in the process of exhumation. Police officers of the Police Department in Bugojno are securing the site.
The process of exhumation will be continued at this site.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, along with other institutions involved in the process of tracing and identifying the missing persons, continues its activities in the process of conducting exhumations and searching for mortal remains of missing persons in all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
