As ordered by a Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, authorized police officials of the RS Ministry of the Interior and Judicial Police of BiH are conducting investigative activities in Doboj area as part of the Arka action aimed at detecting and prosecuting persons suspected of international smuggling of a larger amount of narcotic drugs.
In earlier activities conducted in the territory of BiH, two persons were deprived of liberty and subsequently ordered into custody, whereas investigative activities in Doboj relate to the opening of a safe in a bank used by one of the suspects.
Police officers are acting in accordance with the Request of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Order of the Court of BiH.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH continues its investigation in this case with the aim of issuing an Indictment.
