Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Adnan SIJERČIĆ, born on February 18, 1980 in Cazin, where he resides, a citizen of BiH, for Impermissible Use of Copyrights.
The indictment charges Adnan SIJERČIĆ to have made unauthorized copies of copyrighted works - school and university textbooks and books by various authors, in his photocopying shop in Tuzla, without permission of the author or other copyright holder, or a person authorized to give permission, well aware that those were illegal copies, which is in violation of applicable legal provisions on copyright and related rights in BiH, thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
