The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has received the Decision of the Court of BiH on termination of custody and it will file an Appeal to such a Court’s Decision in a timely fashion, within the next three days, moving the Court to re-order custody in this case.
Moreover, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH continues its investigation in this case with the aim of filing an Indictment, which will be filed very soon.
