Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against M.T. charging him with the criminal offense of Endangering Internationally Protected Persons under Article 192, Paragraph 4 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against M.T. born in 1964 in Kakanj where he resides, a citizen of BiH.
The indictment charges M.T. to have on July 7, 2012, while acting in a state of mental illness, sent a letter by fax to the Embassy of the Republic of Austria, requesting 55.000.00 Euros for alleged damages inflicted by the Republic of Austria, else he will, " turn the criminal embassy into fire and ashes ...".
The accused M.T. has, in this manner compromised the security of Internationally Protected Person, by making serious threat against his/her life and the official premises, thus committing the criminal offense of Endangering Internationally Protected Persons under Article 192, Paragraph 4 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
