Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Nedžad RAMULIĆ - born on August 3, 1973 in Bihać where he resides, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Indictment charges Nedžad RAMULIĆ to have, during the second half of 2012 as a user of an assembly building located at the town market in Bihać, put illegally copied copyrights stored on image and sound carriers into circulation without the permission of the author or other copyright holder, aware that those were illegal copies - made in violation of applicable legal provisions of the copyright laws.
As alleged in the indictment, on August 22, 2012, while acting on a search order of the Court of BiH the authorized officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA found and seized a total of 876 pieces of pirated copies of different content and format.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
