The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vildana FAZLIBEGOVIĆ, charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vildana FAZLIBEGOVIĆ - born on April 17, 1971 in Sarajevo, where she resides, citizen of BiH.
The indictment charges Vildana FAZLIBEGOVIĆ to have, during 2012 as the director and a responsible person of the company in Sarajevo, illegally reproduced and put into circulation a number of copyrighted books and textbooks without the permission of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give permission and aware that those were illegal copies made contrary to Articles 20, 21 and 22 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 63/10).
As alleged in the indictment the officers of State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA found and seized 67 illegally made copies of books and textbooks during the search of the two office buildings.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
