21.03.2012. 15:05 Yesterday and today the clearing up of the terrain was carried out in the municipalities of Zvornik and Srebrenica, resulting with uncovery of the skeletal remains of victims of the war.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR SMUGGLING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

20.03.2012. 14:54 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons: 1.     R.M., born on the June 3,1964 in Bijeljina, where he resides, a citizen of BiH, 2.     M. Đ. born on July 12, 1963 in Kakanj, residing in Derventa, citizen of BiH, and 3.     Ć.P. born on May 3, 1948 in Derventa where he resides, citizen of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN PRIJEDOR

19.03.2012. 15:00 Exhumation was carried out at three locations in the municipality of Prijedor, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of two persons, presumed to belong to Bosniak victims, were exhumed. The identity of the victims shall be determined by subsequent analysis.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR TWO PERSONS

15.03.2012. 15:43 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court BiH to remand two persons suspected of committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under ARTICLE 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH, into custody. Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the following suspects into custody: -        S.D. -        G.Ž.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

15.03.2012. 15:41 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Aleksandar Matusijević, born on February 11, 1977 in Sremska Mitrovica, residing in Šid, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN BRATUNAC

14.03.2012. 13:45 The process of exhumation was carried out in Bratunac under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  Exhumations were carried out at four locations in the municipality of Bratunac on March 13, 2012 resulting with the uncovery of bodies of people killed in the war. The skeletal remains of at least two bodies were uncovered at each site.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MARKANOVIĆ IRENA (1973)

13.03.2012. 15:21 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against MARKANOVIĆ Irena, born on July 13, 1973 in Zemun - Republic of Serbia, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under 243rd Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.63/10).

INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ŽELJKO JUKIĆ (1970)

13.03.2012. 15:18 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed an Indictment against Željko Jukić, who is charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)(h), in conjunction with item (k) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with Article 180(1) of the same Code.  

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR FIVE SUSPECTS

06.03.2012. 14:57 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion asking the Court of BiH to remand five persons suspected of criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina into custody.
