AN EXHUMATION IN DOBOJ MUNICIPALITY TEMPORARILY HALTED

25.05.2012. 15:12 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Komarica in Doboj area under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.The skeletal remains of two persons were uncovered at the location and shall be transported to a joint ossuary in Odžak.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ELVIS HASEČIČ (1990)

25.05.2012. 15:09 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Elvis HASEČIĆ, born on June 30, 1990 in Priboj - the Republic of Serbia, residing in Sarajevo, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible use of Copyrights under Article 243 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

25.05.2012. 15:05 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons who are charged to have jointly committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with Articles 54 and 29 of the same Code.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN LOPARE MUNICIPALITY AREA

25.05.2012. 15:00 An exhumation was carried out on May 23, 2012 at Koraj a place located in Lopare municipality at the site of Čaršija settlement under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of one person, presumably male, were exhumed.

22.05.2012. 15:54 An exhumation was carried out in Zvornik municipality area under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. An exhumation was carried out on the locations of Snagovo and Mahmutovići in the Zvornik municipality area resulting with the uncovery of the remains of two persons.

22.05.2012. 15:51 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Adnan Korjenić, born on November 1, 1965 in Sarajevo where he resides, a citizen of BiH, charging him with the Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF KALINOVIK MUNICIPALITY

22.05.2012. 15:47 An exhumation was carried out in Jelići – a place located in the Kalinovik municipality area, at the site of Pazari, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH resulting with the uncovery of the remains of one person, presumably male. The identity of the victim shall be determined through subsequent analysis.

21.05.2012. 15:41 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Boban IKONIĆ AKA "Matko", born on May 29, 1982 in Foča where he resides, a citizen of BiH, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights.
