EXHUMATION PROCESS COMMENCED AT LAKE PERUĆAC

27.09.2013. 15:08 On September 26, 2013 an exhumation process commenced at the location of Lake Perućac – Višegrad municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

JASMIN OMEROVIĆ (1992) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

26.09.2013. 15:31 The accused Jasmin OMEROVIĆ – born on August 13, 1992 in Tuzla where he resides  BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph  1 of the CC BiH in conjunction with  Article 29 of the same Code - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR FOUR SUSPECTS APPREHENDED WITHIN THE "MASTER" OPERATION

26.09.2013. 15:28 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court of BiH to remand the four suspects arrested by authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA in the operation codenamed "Master", in custody.

DELEGATION OF AMBASSADORS IN BIH VISITED THE EXHUMATION SITES AT LANDFILL IN BUĆA POTOK AND TOMAŠICA

25.09.2013. 14:59 On September 24,   2013 the  exhumation sites of landfill in Buća Potok in the Sarajevo municipality of Novi Grad and Tomašica in Prijedor Municipality, were visited by a high-level delegation of officials from the Embassy of the United States, the European Union in BiH, Ambassadors  from several European countries, as well as representatives of the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) and the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Collected evidence indicates multimillion abuse of office among the officials of the customs office within the ITA, as well as among other members of organized criminal group.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR TWO SUSPECTS

23.09.2013. 15:11 Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand two persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in custody.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR SIX SUSPECTS APPREHENDED WITHIN THE OPERATION CODENAMED "OSOJE"

23.09.2013. 15:08 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of six persons who were arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA officers in yesterday's operation codenamed "Osoje".
