INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILORAD DOŠLIĆ (1970)

31.10.2013. 15:20 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Milorad Došlić, charged with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods, as referred to in Article 214, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

31.10.2013. 15:16 Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Mladen Subotić aka ‘Mlađo’, born on 08 January 1975 in Šabac, Republic of Serbia, with permanent residence in Bijeljina Municipality, with prior convictions, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN BOSANSKI PETROVAC MUNICIPALITY

31.10.2013. 15:13 At the site of Oraško Brdo in Bosanski Petrovac Municipality, an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and incomplete mortal remains of two persons were found.
