The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion asking the Court of BiH to remand five persons suspected of criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina into custody.

Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Admir Klebić AKA "Ado", born on November 10, 1974 in Tuzla, where he resides, BiH citizen, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyright under Article 243 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has filed a motion with the Court of BiH proposing custody for the following suspects:
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against Predrag Prošić, charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, as referred to in Article 172(1)(h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the same Code.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Additional Indictment against Pero Vincetić, charged of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians, as referred to in Article 173(1)(c) and e), as read with Article 180 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
As ordered by a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, in an action of law enforcement officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, the following suspects have been deprived of liberty:
- Srećko Herceg, born on 01 January 1968 in Humac, Ljubuški,
- Ivan Medić, born on 31 May 1952 in Radišići, Ljubuški,
- Marina Grubišić-Fejzić, born on 24 August 1967 in Čapljina,
- Ivan Zelenika, born on 17 October 1953 in Jare.
Central to the meeting were the presentations on the functioning of the new information system for control of border crossing, the functioning of the system for lawful interception of telecommunications, as well as presentations on activities performed in prevention of terrorist threats, and analysis of the situation following the liberalization of visa regime for BiH citizens.
