PROHIBITING MEASURES PROPOSED FOR ONE PERSON DURING THE “LUTKA” ACTION

28.09.2012. 15:20 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has submitted to the Court of BiH a Motion for Imposing Prohibiting Measures on one suspect, who was deprived of liberty in the case with the “Lutka” /“a doll”/ code name, aimed at detecting and prosecuting persons suspected of the gravest criminal offenses of organized crime.    

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST FOUR SUSPECTS

28.09.2012. 15:15 After questioning of the suspects, Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against four (4) persons.

25.09.2012. 15:19 The accused persons: Zoran JANKOVIĆ, Anđelka VASILJEVIĆ and Gordana MITROVIĆ, concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

21.09.2012. 15:12 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Nikola PANDURICA - born on January 30, 1990 in Bijelo Polje, Republic of Montenegro, residing in Trebinje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

21.09.2012. 15:01 An exhumation was carried out, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, at the location of Trnovo on the territory of Šekovići municipality resulting with the uncovery of several incomplete human remains.
