EXHUMATION PROCESS CARRIED OUT IN BRATUNAC AREA

The process of exhumation was coordinated by a legal officer of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pursuant an order of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

SUSPECT IN SKY CASE EXTRADITED TO BIH JUDICIARY

30.11.2023. 07:55 Officers of the Judicial Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina have taken over the suspect Jovan Jošilo, born in 1983 in Sarajevo, a resident of Banja Luka and a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from their fellow officers from the Republic of Croatia. The suspect has been brought to the Complex of Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
