MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR HASAN IĆANOVIĆ (1965)

29.08.2014. 15:08 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of Ićanović Hasan, born on September 16, 1965 in Bužim, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, who is suspected of having committed War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175 of the CC BiH.
