INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM ENCRYPTED SKY APPLICATIONS

12.08.2026. 13:38 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an indictment against the following persons:

- Admir Arnautović* aka ‘Šmrk’, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, previously convicted.
- Adnan Maglić* aka ‘Magla’, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PERSONS SUSPECTED OF DESECRATING AND STARTING A FIRE ON RELIGIOUS FACILITIES IN MEĐUGORJE WILL BE HANDED OVER TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

29.07.2026. 14:14 Police officers of the Herzegovina – Neretva Canton Ministry of Interior will hand over to the prosecutor on call of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH a Polish citizen who was deprived of his liberty and is suspected of desecrating and starting a fire on religious facilities in the Marian Shrine in Međugorje. 

REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR POLISH CITIZEN

29.07.2026. 13:54 The Prosecutor on call of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect Bartlomiej Wlodzimierz Krakowiak*, born in 1995 in Warsaw, a citizen of Poland, into custody.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SEVERAL PERSONS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM ENCRYPTED APPLICATIONS

20.07.2026. 11:59 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against several persons charged with organized crime linked with illicit international trafficking in narcotics, as well as several other criminal offenses. Most of the accused are from the Bijeljina area and the surrounding area and used the encrypted applications Sky and Anom, with identified usernames. They acted in connection with members of other groups or persons known to them in the territory of Serbia, the Netherlands, Spain and other countries, and planned, prepared and carried out the illicit trafficking in narcotics, engaged in the international sale and transfer of narcotics, offering for sale, purchasing and transporting narcotics for sale, as well as brokering in the international sale and purchase of larger quantities of narcotics "Cocaine" and "Marijuana". 

BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE PARTICIPATES IN

07.07.2026. 07:46 The activities were related to the detection and prosecution of perpetrators of human trafficking crimes on five continents, and four persons were arrested in BiH, whereas eleven potential victims of human trafficking from BiH, China and Brazil were identified
